This page contains both the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy for Champion of Business. By using our website, registering for our workshop, purchasing a program, or opting in to our emails or text messages, you agree to everything below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Who we are. Champion of Business is operated by Muay Thai Guy LLC ("Champion of Business," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 26 Old Mill Road, New Paltz, NY 12561. You can reach us at sean@championofbusiness.com.

PART 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The services we offer
   Champion of Business provides business and marketing education for coaches, trainers, and similar professionals. This includes a free online workshop, The First Client Bootcamp (a live group coaching program), an optional Private 1:1 Coaching add-on, the Champion Business Accelerator program, and related digital content and communications.
2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our paid programs. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Pricing and payment
   Prices are listed in US dollars. The First Client Bootcamp is offered at $1,000 paid in full, or as a payment plan of $500 today and $500 charged automatically to the same payment method 30 days later. By selecting the payment plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge that second payment automatically without further notice. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and contact you to update your payment method, and access may be paused until your balance is current.

The Private 1:1 Coaching add-on is $1,500, charged as a one-time payment.

Friend discount. When two people enroll together using a valid friend discount code, each may receive $200 off. The discount applies only when both people enroll and pay. If only one person completes enrollment, the discount is void and the standard price applies. We may correct any balance if a discount was applied in error.

Payments are processed by our third-party providers (such as Kajabi and Stripe). We do not store your full card details.

4. Refund policy
   All sales are final. Because our programs are delivered live with limited seats and provide immediate access to bonus materials, all purchases are nonrefundable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
5. Bonuses
   Fast-action bonuses (such as the Group Kickstart Call, the Champion Business Accelerator, and any founding price lock) are delivered on purchase and have no independent cash value. We may substitute a bonus of equal or greater value if needed.
6. No guarantee of results
   Our programs teach methods and provide coaching. They do not guarantee income, clients, or any specific financial result. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials we share, including client wins, are not typical and are not a promise that you will achieve the same outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, market, and factors outside our control. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.
7. Your responsibilities and conduct
   You agree to participate in good faith and to treat our team and other members with respect. We may remove any participant whose conduct is abusive or disruptive, without refund. You agree not to record, share, resell, or redistribute our materials, recordings, or community content without our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
   All content we provide, including materials, recordings, slides, and the Champion of Business brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning only.
9. Communications consent
   By providing your email address or phone number, you agree to receive communications from us as described in the Privacy Policy below, including program updates, reminders, and marketing messages. You can opt out at any time as described there.
10. Third-party links and services
    Our site and programs may reference or link to third-party tools and websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
11. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion of Business and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of our site or programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champion of Business from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept them.

PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information we collect
   We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you register, purchase, or contact us. We also collect limited information automatically, such as device, browser, and usage data through cookies and analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
   We use your information to provide our programs, process payments, deliver communications, respond to your requests, improve our services, and for marketing and promotional purposes. We rely on your consent, our contract with you, and our legitimate business interests as the legal bases for processing.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
   If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional texts (such as workshop and bootcamp updates) from Champion of Business at the number you provide, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell or share your text-messaging opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to deliver the messages you opted in to receive.

4. Cookies and analytics
   We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. How we share information
   We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and email platform, payment processor, and SMS provider, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
   We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
   We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your California privacy rights (CCPA)
   If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of it, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. 9. Your rights in the EU and UK (GDPR)
   If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at sean@championofbusiness.com. Where we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards.
10. Children's privacy
    Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
